Applications:

Cold Storage Environments

Refrigerated warehouses, blast freezers, and other cold storage applications require robust control systems. Raymond maintains its own cold storage test facility to replicate the harshest conditions — to test and prove our systems in extreme cycles of freezing and thawing.

UL EE Label

This lift truck complies with Underwriters Laboratories (UL) 583. Raymond Type E and EE trucks are UL-tested and UL-certified and designed and manufactured to operate in classified locations as defined in the National Fire Protection Association’s NFPA 505.

Truck Loading and Unloading

Step Up to Cost -Efficient 2nd Level Picking

The Raymond 8410 end rider pallet jack with 2nd level pick steps offers a cost-effective alternative to hydraulic lift order pickers. Ideal for operations with occasional low-level order picking needs, this pallet truck features a set of three pyramid steps—accessible from either side—leading to a picking platform for easy access to the second beam.

Pick2Pallet LED Light System

Increase picking accuracy with the Pick2Pallet™ LED Light System. Offered exclusively by Raymond, Pick2Pallet is designed to help reduce picking errors by using LED technology to visually reinforce product placement for order fulfillment in batch picking applications.

Heavy Duty Bumper Guard

Features 1/2 inch steel wrapped around a 1/2 inch rubber core to further absorb and diffuse impacts. Shown with the optional rubber bumper skirt, which helps prevent objects from going under the platform by reducing the clearance between the bumper and the floor.

Extreme-Environment  Corrosion Protection

Hot-dip galvanization of the truck frame, battery box, forks and undercarriage extends the life of trucks in wet, corrosive environments. Ideal for processing applications or other environments subject to harsh conditions or frequent washdowns.

CoastPRO

While other pallet trucks require two hands to coast, our patented CoastPRO feature can be activated with just one hand. No levers, switches or plungers — instead, the operator has a conveniently located one-step tripper to jog the truck.
