The Raymond Corporation honored its top-performing Solutions and Support Centers at the recent Solutions and Support Center Dealer Management Meeting with the Dealer of Merit award. The Dealer of Merit (DOM) program was created to drive continuous improvement at The Raymond Corporation and within its Solutions and Support Centers network by establishing diverse, yet specific, KPIs in the major areas of: customer support, customer experience and satisfaction, lean management initiatives, share of market, and financial performance. Raymond presented Welch with a performance recognition award, Dealer of Merit. The awards are earned based on a Solutions and Support Center’s performance against Raymond’s benchmark standards in specific areas of operation. Solutions and Support Centers that attain high evaluation scores for performance and market share performance are named a Dealer of Merit.
