Here at Welch Equipment, it is important to us that we give back to our local community and use our resources for a good cause. Welch recently donated a rental forklift to the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) project. FMSC is a Christian non-profit that provides nutritionally complete meals specifically formulated for malnourished children. FMSC hosts MobilePack events throughout the country year-round. Through these events, volunteers engage in an impactful meal-packing experience. Welch Equipment donated a forklift to the MobilePack that took place in Parker, CO. With 1,100 volunteers, they packed 303,264 meals at a cost of $66,660. More importantly, this will feed 831 children for a year.

“With Welch Equipment as our partner, we have been packing meals for Feed My Starving Children for 6 years now and crossed the 1 million meal mark with this pack,” said Dave Kronbach, part of the Parker Mobile Pack Team. “We could not have done this amazing work without Welch’s very gracious help. The Parker Mobile Pack team has been blessed by the charitable spirit of the Welch Equipment family.”
