Toyota Material Handling awarded Welch Equipment a Sales Excellence Award for 2020. This award honors dealers and sales managers who demonstrate superior performance in all areas of sales management, including performance, operational efficiency, and personnel training and management.
In order to receive this award, Welch had to meet the following criteria:
- Achieve new Toyota market share at or above the national average of all dealers.
- Have 50% of sales professionals trained and certified to the furthest ability based on time and required training.
- Receive full year sales and delivery overall customer scores at or above the national average of all dealers.
