CONVEYOR SYSTEMS
KEEP THINGS ROLLING
When it comes to conveyor systems, Welch Equipment is top in the Rocky Mountain states. Our Allied / Systems Division has designed and implemented countless conveyor systems, helping our clients fulfill their orders with accuracy and on-time delivery.
Whether you are conveying pallets, cases, or individual products, we can recommend the right equipment, technology, and material flow layout. Our engineering team designs systems using advanced modeling tools, allowing you to visualize and simulate how your final system will operate.
We offer a full range of belt and roller conveyor systems, along with many sortation, accumulation, and integration options. Scales, scanners, labelers, stretch wrappers, dimensioners, case sealers and much more.
Conveyor systems are mechanical handling equipment that move materials, products, or packages from one location to another within a facility.
Conveyor systems are designed to increase efficiency, reduce manual labor, and improve the overall productivity of a process.
BELTS
Belts are the most common type of conveyor system. They consist of a continuous loop of material that rotates around two or more pulleys. Belts can be flat, modular, or made of rubber, depending on the application.
ROLLERS
Rollers are cylindrical components that support and guide the conveyor belt. They can be powered or non-powered, and they help move the belt along the conveyor path.
SEGMENTED BELT CONVEYORS
Segmented belt conveyors are a type of conveyor system that use a series of individual segments or slats linked together to form a continuous belt. Each segment, or slat, is a separate piece that can articulate or hinge at specific points. This design allows for flexibility and adaptability in the conveyor system, making it suitable for various applications in manufacturing, distribution, and material handling
MDR CONVEYORS - MOTORIZED DRIVEN ROLLER
MDR stands for Motorized Driven Roller, and MDR conveyors are a type of conveyor system where each roller in the conveyor is driven by its own individual motor. This design provides a flexible and efficient solution for material handling in various industries. MDR conveyors are known for their energy efficiency, modularity, and ease of maintenance
SORTATION SOLUTIONS
Sortation solutions are systems designed to automate the process of sorting and diverting items or products based on predetermined criteria such as destination, size, weight, or other attributes. These solutions are commonly used in distribution centers, warehouses, and fulfillment centers to increase efficiency, accuracy, and throughput in the order fulfillment process.
